Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Indiana to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays and end caps, rotate products on shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities to grow. The role offers $13.00 per hour and benefits options including wellness programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
