Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Indiana to help retailers meet shopper needs by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock for optimal sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay is $14.00/hour with growth opportunities and customizable benefits.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• In-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
