Account Executive, Self Assist - YSL/Prada/Miu Miu Beauty in San Francisco, CA is responsible for driving in-store sales, educating teams, and building strong retailer relationships within the L’Oréal Luxe division. Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or service industry.
• 3+ years of Beauty or retail management.
• Strong interpersonal communication & empathy skills.
• Must possess strong judgment skills.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, One Note & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in-store to meet or exceed yearly plans.
• Educate on new products and core SKUs; build retailer relationships.
• Lead and coach store teams; collaborate with brand leadership.
• Recruit, hire and train freelancers to meet sales budgets.
