ARS-Rescue Rooter in Durham, NC is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to engage customers in a retail setting and generate qualified HVAC/plumbing service leads. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours and weekend requirements.

You will educate customers on home comfort solutions, schedule in-home consultations, and advance through sales roles while earning uncapped commissions. Training provided and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
