Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and a clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options and upgrades.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door and does not canvass.
