Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations.
Coordinate with service technicians and comfort advisors for tune-ups.
