Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, typically 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with locations in Mooresville, Huntersville, Concord, or Denver, NC. Part-time and full-time opportunities exist, with hourly pay plus uncapped commission and average earnings of $20-$30/hour.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and work in a retail environment.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners while they shop and introduce them to Brothers Heating, Cooling, and home comfort solutions.
• Drive lead generation and appointment setting in-store.
• Initiate friendly conversations about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with retail management and ARS team.
