ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Bedford, IN. You will engage customers about heating, cooling, air quality, energy savings, and home performance tune-ups.

The role focuses on lead generation, free in-home consultations, and scheduling ARS specialists for follow-ups. This high-energy sales position offers weekly pay with direct deposit, uncapped commissions, paid training, and both part-time and full-time

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance.

• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
