Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Lead Generation Specialists to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

You will engage customers, educate them on HVAC/plumbing options, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
