Job summary

Instacart is seeking a reliable Implementation Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This 3-month contract role provides in-market, in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution, collaborating with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure successful store launches.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to travel within the U.S. regularly; remote work is not the primary mode.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end testing of Caper Carts and ensure full functionality before launch.
• Assist with cart setup, staging, and validation for customer use.
• Provide on-site launch support and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Reinforce store teams on core workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Ops leads across locations.
