The ideal candidate has retail experience in inventory or back office, strong computer skills (Word/Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory principles and retail programs.
• Understanding of merchandise flow in a retail environment.
• Experience in a retail environment with inventory, sales, or back office tasks.
• Excellent computer skills; ability to make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems; Word and Excel a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive product into store inventory and complete receiving processes.
• Oversee inter-store transfers (in/out) and credits.
• Validate online orders within 1 hour of receipt.
• Manage shrink and monitor inventory data accuracy.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels to minimize outages.
• Process price changes and print/hang shelf labels.
• Train staff on inventory management best practices.
• Learn and monitor inventory reports and location codes.
• Complete cycle counts and hardware reports.
