Job summary

RS Andrews of Tidewater Heating, Cooling in Newport News, VA is hiring Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. Earn $20–$22 per hour plus commission with potential to reach $25–$35 per hour with incentives, with both part-time and full-time options.

You will engage shoppers, educate them on service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with qualified technicians. Training is provided; no HVAC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Weekend and some holiday availability.
