ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Product Ambassadors to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Shallotte, NC. Pay starts at $17 per hour with uncapped commission; earning potential ranges from $20–$30 per hour on average with commission.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and pathways to sales roles. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Weekly in-office meetings and background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
