Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Product Ambassadors to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $17/hour plus uncapped commission with potential $20–$30/hour on average with commission.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
