Job summary

American Residential Services promotes HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. You will engage shoppers, promote tune-ups and system replacements, and schedule in-home consultations with service technicians.

Earn $20–$23 per hour plus uncapped commissions; earning potential $20–$30 per hour on average with commissions. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings; background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups.
• Note: not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser activities.
