American Residential Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, explain options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians.

The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and promote ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Act as a retail Brand Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: role is not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser work.
