ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores in North Miami, FL. The role focuses on speaking with shoppers, generating leads and scheduling in-home consultations or tune-ups, with hourly pay plus commission.

This position offers weekly pay, paid training, and a path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles, with flexible schedules and opportunities for both part-time and full-time work.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and engaging in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain services clearly to shoppers.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred (not required).
• Willingness to stand/walk during shifts and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing ARS with enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Schedule in-home consultations or HVAC tune-ups with technicians/advocates.
• Note: role is not door-to-door or canvassing.
