ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services and consultations. You will engage with shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-store appointments for consultations or tune-ups with service technicians.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, paid training, and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and promote ARS heating and air conditioning services.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and advisors.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
