Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Covington, TN, is looking for an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator to work inside partner retail stores promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, and comfort improvements. You will engage shoppers, explain options, and schedule in-home consultations with technicians.

The role offers $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, weekly direct deposit pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and advisers.
• Increase brand awareness and lead-generation inside partner stores.
