Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the companys image with Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC kiosk/display within the Home Depot to promote HVAC services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their in-store shopping.
• Proactively greet customers, qualify potential purchasers and schedule appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and management.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and attend required meetings and training courses.
