ARS-Rescue Rooter in Miami, FL is hiring Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. You will earn hourly pay plus commission and have the opportunity to schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment as a product consultant and lead-generation support.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
