Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, system replacements, and IAQ solutions. You will earn hourly pay plus commission and receive paid training, with a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly direct deposit, and benefits for full-time staff, including insurance after 31 days and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
