ARS is seeking In-Store Sales Leads to work inside major home-improvement retail locations. This role focuses on engaging homeowners, identifying needs for ARS heating, cooling and home comfort solutions, and scheduling in-home consultations.

The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with paid training, weekly direct deposit pay, and a path into HVAC sales roles. Excellent in-store presence and customer engagement are key.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS solutions.
• Start friendly conversations about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as Brand Ambassador educating customers on ARS services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with retail management and ARS team.
