Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers with professional demonstrations.

The role is part-time up to 25 hours per week, requires standing, basic computer use, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while representing the client in a retail environment. Experience with small appliances is helpful, and a neat appearance and strong customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic PC/mobile device use and internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and demonstrate products to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and professional appearance.
• Support event setup at store locations.
