Responsibilities

• Educate customers on firearm functionality and parts.
• Teach customers how to safely use firearms.
• Handle all required firearms paperwork.
• Assist customers with product searches and orders.
• Operate POS and firearms licensing systems.
• Maintain compliance with firearm regulations and policies.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and payment options.
• Build store planograms in Sport & Outdoor to meet customer needs.
• Receive merchandise and manage returns per policy.
• Provide knowledgeable service in a friendly manner.
