Job summary

Fleet Farm Blaine, MN is seeking a Firearms Specialist to be the in-store expert for firearms and ammunition. You will connect with customers, assess needs, and recommend products to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of previous firearm sales or related experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to handle firearms, pass a background check, and comply with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on firearm functionality and how parts work together.
• Teach and train customers how to safely use firearms.
• Complete all local/state/federal paperwork required for firearm sales.
• Operate the Point of Sale and DNR licensing system.
• Assist customers with finding and ordering products.
• Build planograms in Sport & Outdoor and understand retail floor flow.
• Ensure compliance to protect the store’s FFL and adhere to company policies.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
