Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive best-in-class consumer sales at The Home Depot. You will execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks while applying deep product knowledge and enthusiasm across assigned markets.

Responsibilities include supporting corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring brand presence, leveraging Power BI for decisions, and building long-term partnerships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year and a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to stores and attend meetings and events; some air travel may be required.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver displays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising through data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail market, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff to foster partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; participate in merchandising resets as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training programs and apply learnings in-market.
