Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Sales Associate for our in-store team in Naples, FL. This part-time, hourly position requires you to deliver exceptional client service, understand the brand lifestyle, and support store operations.

You will engage with clients, know the product, and contribute to a visually appealing and compliant sales floor. The ideal candidate has retail or client service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge and active listening.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
