Qualifications

• Build sales by establishing yourself as a styling expert with product knowledge
• Illustrate client journey and behaviors to drive repeat business
• Demonstrate knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, DNA, and pillars
• Capture client data and cultivate relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration with colleagues and management
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
