Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, presentation, training, and deliver superb service to Club members.

The role requires coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, and participating in new location grand openings as needed. The position offers a set schedule (Tue-Sat 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, may vary), full-time benefits, and opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple manager, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
