Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Event Associate to execute in-store product demonstrations, engage customers, and support event teams. You will manage equipment, set up tables, and maintain a professional appearance while delivering brand messages.

You will follow food safety guidelines for samples, coordinate with store staff, and document event outcomes. This role is capped at 25 hours weekly, with occasional shifts aligned to client needs, offering an opportunity to develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom to keep them clean and secured.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events and the execution of past events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events conducted in the store and assist with event kits and materials as needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team to support event success.
• Acquire adequate knowledge of the products represented to answer questions effectively.
• Assist with all demo program responsibilities and clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples complying with safety guidelines and using appliances safely.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and professional workstation and appearance.

Education
