Job summary

CROSSMARK INC. in Casper, WY seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, interact with consumers, and sell products in a professional manner. You’ll manage event equipment, maintain a clean workstation, and support store staff during events.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours weekly, with possible travel to retailers as needed. A focus on food safety and professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and Local Food Handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom area.
• Be point of contact for events in store when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and support team during demos; communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples; ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
• Set up and prep Event Table; document success stories with photos.
