Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to support in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Missouri. You will serve, demonstrate, and engage consumers while maintaining product knowledge and a professional appearance.

The role involves managing event equipment in stores, coordinating with store management, and assisting with prep for client visits. This part-time position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification, if required.
• Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies for events to ensure cleanliness and security.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be point of contact for all events conducted in the store and assist other Event Specialists as needed.
• Assist Supervisor by providing leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers at the event.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and utensils.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
