Job summary

Product Connections in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Associate to execute in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage customers, and drive sales while managing demo equipment and maintaining a professional appearance.

This role is limited to about 25 hours per week and requires the ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and safely handle food samples. Training covers safety, setup, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient computer and mobile device use with internal systems.
• Food safety certification if applicable; local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Management and maintenance of equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured in the backroom area.
• Be the point of contact when Supervisor is absent and communicate with store management about events.
• Assist Supervisor by providing leadership and knowledge to the team and support event kits and materials.
• Interacting with consumers to intercept, engage, and sell products in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using small appliances.
• Set up Event Table for execution and maintain a clean, professional workstation.
