You will follow established repair processes, document findings clearly, and balance technical work with occasional front-counter support during busy periods. A strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, tablets, and game consoles.
• Ability to follow documented repair procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Wilmington location.
• Willingness to ask questions and continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues across computers, phones, tablets, and game consoles.
• Perform repairs according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Test devices before and after service to verify functionality and repair quality.
• Document diagnostic findings, completed work, and customer approvals accurately.
• Recommend practical repair, upgrade, protection, or replacement options based on customer needs.
• Protect customer information and follow data-security procedures.
• Assist with customer calls, walk-ins, check-ins, and pickups during busy periods.
• Maintain organized parts, tools, supplies, and repair workspaces.
• Continue to develop technical knowledge through training and certifications.
