Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box retailers across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time.

Training is paid with live virtual sessions; compensation is $24.00/hr with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and explain product benefits clearly.
Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
