Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top electronics retailer locations nationwide. This is a 1-year continuity program — same rep, every 8 weeks — to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates.

The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire. Paid training, $24.00/hr, weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and explain product benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in/out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with brand-issued name badge.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
