Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time.

The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit every 8 weeks at the assigned retailer location for the full program duration.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and explain benefits clearly.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at every visit; follow training reference photos.
• Check in/out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos/reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain professional in-store presence with a clean polo and jeans and a visible name badge.
