Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box retailers. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep assigned to each store, every 8 weeks.

Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, training retailer staff, and maintaining displays. Paid training provided; compensation is $24.00/hour with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Requires transportation to assigned retailer locations across Virginia.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Commitment to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers about the brand during 1-hour in-store visits every 8 weeks.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy in-store displays and capture reference photos.
