Job summary

Acosta Group, through Product Connections, is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gaining product knowledge and engaging customers at retail locations in Texas. The role emphasizes professional presentation, client coordination, and adherence to event standards.

The position is part-time (not to exceed 25 hours per week) with responsibilities including sample preparation, table setup, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Submit expense reports according to Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements the same day as events.
• Access the internet and company systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Adobe PDF forms.
