Job summary

Product Connections, a unit of the Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage customers, and present features using appliances, while maintaining a clean workspace and professional appearance.

This role is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) with on-site requirements in retail settings; travel may be limited. Training emphasizes accurate documentation and collaboration with client teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and navigating internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation.
• Set up and manage the Event Table for execution.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and online requirements on event day.
• Access the internet and company systems, including Word and PDF forms.
