Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintaining product knowledge and presenting features to consumers. You will prepare, serve, and breakdown samples, while upholding cleanliness and a professional appearance in a retail environment.

The role involves engaging customers, completing administrative tasks, and supporting client visits. Requires HS diploma or GED and may require a Local Food handler permit; bilingual abilities may be helpful.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC/mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge of the represented products.
• Proactively engage and sell product to consumers.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and execute tasks as directed.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
