Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is hiring a Part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and engage shoppers with product knowledge. The role includes preparing, serving, and breaking down samples, maintaining a clean workspace, and reporting on events.

You will gain knowledge of products represented and present them professionally in a retail setting. Typical hours are up to 25 per week, with potential adjustments based on client needs; prior food handling or demonstration experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge of products represented.
• Prepares, serves, and breaks down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Intercepts consumers and demonstrates products in a professional manner.
• Maintains a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
