Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an in-store associate to conduct food and non-food product demonstrations. You will learn product details, engage with shoppers, and professionally present samples in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate knowledge of the represented products.
• Interact and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product to customers.
• Prepare and serve samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
