Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and drive product engagement. You’ll learn product details, prep samples with common appliances, and deliver professional service across retailers.

Role is part-time with up to 25 hours weekly, requiring a neat appearance and the ability to travel to stores. English proficiency is essential; bilinguals may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in using a computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers positively.
• Communicate features and benefits of products effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using common appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution; ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy; complete online requirements on event day.
• Access internet and internal systems; view documents in Word and PDF formats.
