Crossmark Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and sell products professionally. You will manage event equipment, maintain appearance, and interact with shoppers to represent clients effectively.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours weekly, requiring a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and food safety certification if needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand long hours is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and personal mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.
• English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

Responsabilidades

• Management and maintenance of equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events when Supervisor is absent.
• Act as the point of contact for all events in the store when Supervisor is absent.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Gain adequate knowledge of products represented and convey features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples compliant with food safety guidelines.
