Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations and maintain professional standards. You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and engage shoppers in a retail setting.

The role involves up to 25 hours per week, requiring strong interpersonal skills, customer service, and the ability to drive sales while following program guidelines. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience or training.
• Computer skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 25–50 pounds, travel within retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes product demonstrations in-store with knowledge of products represented.
• Intercepts consumers and engages, interacts, and sells product positively.
• Communicates features/benefits of products to shoppers.
• Prepares and serves samples using small appliances and utensils.
• Maintains a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Sets up Event Table and ensures 100% execution of assigned tasks.
• Assists with client visits and audit corrections.
• Maintains rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Completes online requirements on the same day as events.
• Uses MS Outlook and views documents (Word & PDF).
