LoanMax Title Loans in Topeka, KS is hiring a Customer Service Rep to assist potential borrowers and current customers with loan questions, vehicle evaluations, and account management. The role requires strong communication and data entry skills, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays.

Compensation is hourly, with potential bonuses and benefits beginning after the 91st day.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
