Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Follow all company policies and manuals.
• Assist in the daily operations of the store and store maintenance.
• Use product knowledge to present merchandise and promote sales.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
