Bass Pro Shops in Town of Victor, NY is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, process returns, and provide information and directions to shoppers.

The role focuses on delivering world-class service, protecting store safety with firearm security, handling licenses, and promoting memberships and programs, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked workspace.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Secures all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks.
• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Handles customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.
• Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
